About the Company
Our client is seeking an exceptionally organized and proactive Marketing Operations & Programs Coordinator to support a fast-moving, high-growth marketing function. This role is critical to ensuring that campaigns run smoothly, systems stay accurate, and cross-functional initiatives are executed flawlessly. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working in marketing automation platforms, coordinating multi-channel programs, and supporting day-to-day marketing activities — from reporting and workflow automation to social scheduling and event logistics. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems, process, and creative execution.
About the Role
As the operational backbone of the marketing team, you will connect people, platforms, and processes to ensure campaigns launch seamlessly and performance can be measured with confidence. You will manage HubSpot Marketing Hub, maintain clean data operations, streamline workflows, and support the execution of campaigns and programs across channels. Your work will directly improve marketing efficiency, speed, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day management of HubSpot Marketing Hub, ensuring high-quality setup, automation, and data hygiene.
- Build and maintain forms, lists, workflows, and dashboards that power scalable campaigns and reporting.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination for campaigns, content initiatives, and events.
- Support campaign execution, including QA for emails, updates to landing pages, scheduling social content, and assisting with event logistics.
- Collaborate with Growth, Developer, and Partner Marketing teams on strategic, multi-stakeholder marketing programs.
- Maintain accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting across all marketing programs.
- Explore and implement AI and automation tools to improve team efficiency and enhance operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or project management (HubSpot proficiency required).
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong operational discipline — you naturally notice broken links, missing tracking, and inconsistent data.
- Familiarity with tools such as Linear, Notion, Google Sheets, and basic design or CMS platforms (e.g., Canva, Webflow).
- Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and automation within modern marketing workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AI or workflow automation tools is a strong advantage.
