Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the execution of national and local marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for bringing campaigns to life across multiple channels - email, social media, print, and in-studio marketing - ensuring all materials reflect brand standards and are delivered on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, design-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities:
Campaign & Content Execution
- Build and deploy marketing assets across email, social, and in-studio touchpoints following creative direction.
- Assist in the development and scheduling of email campaigns, including light copy edits, image sourcing, and layout adjustments.
- Design or adapt flyers, social media graphics, and promotional materials in Canva or Figma.
- Manage content updates across marketing systems and ensure consistency across brand channels.
Marketing Support & Coordination
- Support the rollout of marketing initiatives by coordinating deliverables, timelines, and approvals with internal teams and franchise partners.
- Review and audit marketing execution guides, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment.
- Assist with social media management, including content scheduling, basic engagement tracking, and community monitoring.
- Help gather and organize creative assets and campaign performance data for post-campaign reporting.
- Support setup and maintenance of franchise Instagram/Facebook, Google Business, and Yelp pages.
Brand Consistency
- Ensure all creative output follows brand guidelines, tone, and messaging standards.
- Act as a quality-control checkpoint for marketing deliverables.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library of brand materials, templates, and campaign files.
- Sets up and maintains all marketing initiatives in internal databases ensuring team is on deadline
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing Managers and franchise teams to support local campaigns.
- Communicate deadlines and deliverables clearly to ensure on-time campaign launches.
- Provide administrative support for marketing department projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 1-3 years experience in marketing, social media, or related role (agency or brand experience required)
- A strong passion or experience in the wellness category
- Proficiency in Canva or Figma (experience building templates, resizing designs, or creating layouts).
- Working knowledge of social media and email marketing platforms
- Basic understanding of marketing campaign structure, timelines, and asset workflows
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude that is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing software)
Preferred
- Experience using Canva, Figma, and/or Klaviyo
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Experience with Facebook/IG Business Manager, Google Adwords, and Analytics
- Experience within a franchise, wellness, or lifestyle brand a plus
Location:
- Office located in Venice, CA. Hybrid optional, required 3 days in office.
