About the RoleCheers is seeking a digital marketing contractor to support our growth through daily operations and various digital marketing projects. This role offers the opportunity to engage in creative content creation, assist with CRM, and develop project management skills while enhancing brand and product awareness. You will also work to expand our affiliate networks and collaborate with various partners to generate new leads. This short-term (3-month) position provides valuable insights into growth marketing on the client side, with opportunities for full-time positions. You will be working directly with the leadership team at our Pasadena office and may need to travel and work short-term at our San Francisco office in Silicon Valley.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, affiliate marketing, social media, and search engine marketing (SEO).
- Create and curate engaging content for SEO blogs, social media platforms, and newsletters.
- Expand the affiliate network with active publishers to drive consistent user growth.
- Analyze data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative marketing strategies.
- Provide project management support to team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in this field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying current on industry trends.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
- Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish is a plus.
