Junior Full Stack Developer Position Summary
We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer to work in our fun, creative, and casual atmosphere. As a Junior Full Stack Developer you will be working with the application development team on software development activities, technical design, improvement, and maintenance of internet applications for public-facing properties using various web development or web management platforms. This is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility, responsibility, and time-management skills.
Junior Full Stack Developer Core Responsibilities
- Attend all internal training sessions, complete daily katas (training modules) work towards a current Java certification or approved alternative certification
- Participate in brainstorming and design meetings, internally and occasionally externally
- Work towards ticket/contract work completion/other duties as assigned as part of on the job training
- Work on a team with senior developers and other junior developers towards problems and in a mentorship program to help develop skills
- Participate in all company meetings as expected
Junior Full Stack Developer Experience
- Coding boot camp or requisite base knowledge in software programming
- Bachelor’s degree

Junior Full Stack Developer Compensation
- Expected salary (based on experience): $55,000 DOE
