The ideal candidate will have:
3-5+ years of med device sales experience (uro/endouro/endo, preferred) with a proven record of top performance (awards, promotions, territory growth).
Experience selling in complex clinical environments (Hospitals, ASCs, and Clinics) and comfortability navigating VAC/GPO conversations.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and business acumen skills.
