As the Franchise Sales Manager, you will take on a consultative role, focused on building and nurturing trusted relationships with franchise consultants and prospective candidates. Your primary responsibilities include educating franchisee candidates, guiding them through the discovery process, handling objections, and awarding franchises that align with the brand’s core values and mission, ensuring a strong cultural fit. In close collaboration with the SVP of Franchise Expansion, you will contribute to the overall expansion and success of your assigned brand’s franchise system. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and the capacity to effectively present each brand’s value proposition and financials. You’ll guide candidates through various stages of evaluation, assessing their background, skill set, characteristics, and business ownership goals to ensure alignment with each franchise persona—driving growth while preserving the long-term longevity of the brand.
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee & Manage Candidate Pipeline: Maintain a comprehensive and well-organized pipeline of franchise candidates, ensuring candidates progress through the recruitment process efficiently. Utilize the CRM system to track each stage, ensuring all interactions, updates, and next steps are captured and easily accessible.
Maintain Up-to-Date Candidate Records in CRM: Ensure the CRM is regularly updated with the latest candidate information, interactions, and status changes. This includes documenting every contact, conversation, and meeting to ensure a seamless process for all team members, ensuring transparency and accuracy throughout the recruitment journey.
Weekly Client Pipeline Review & Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed weekly pipeline reports to clients and internal stakeholders, providing insights on the current pipeline status, progress towards goals, and actionable recommendations for improvements. These reports will play a key role in maintaining alignment and meeting client expectations.
Achieve KPIs & Growth Goals: Consistently hit or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth targets by proactively building and managing your pipeline, engaging with prospective candidates, and maintaining focus on qualified franchise awards. Use data-driven insights to track progress and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.
Consultant Frick & Frack: Maintain a high standard of collaboration, responsiveness, and professionalism when engaging with consultants and their candidates, ensuring seamless communication and a positive experience throughout the discovery process.
Attend Franchise Consultant & Industry Events: Represent Blue Maven and dedicated brands at industry conferences, consultant events, and other relevant gatherings. This includes networking with franchise consultants, prospective candidates, and industry professionals to expand relationships, drive lead generation, and promote brand awareness.
