As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and team-oriented E-Commerce Sales Specialist to join our team.
Role Overview
The E-Commerce Sales Specialist will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email—helping them find the right recovery products while ensuring an exceptional buying experience. This role also supports daily operations, working closely with our sales and operations teams to make sure everything runs smoothly from order to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales calls, live chats, and emails with professionalism, product expertise, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and close sales opportunities.
- Support customers through the full buying journey—answering questions, tracking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with operations to make sure orders are processed, shipped, and delivered accurately and on time.
- Troubleshoot and escalate customer concerns when necessary, ensuring a smooth resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM and sales tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Recovery for Athletes by delivering a helpful, authentic, and athlete-focused experience.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce sales, customer success, or a related role.
- Results-Driven with Good Interpersonal Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort handling sales calls and live chat in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM platforms, chat software, and e-commerce systems.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Team player with a proactive, positive attitude.
- Passion for health, wellness, sports, or fitness is a plus!
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 depending on experience.
