Position Summary
The Shopper Marketing Associate Manager plays a key role in coordinating and executing marketing programs that drive shopper engagement, conversion, and brand growth across key retail channels. This role bridges brand strategy, sales, and retailer activation to deliver best-in-class in-store and omnichannel experiences that influence purchase decisions.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and project management skills.
You will be supporting a national skincare brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of shopper marketing programs aligned with brand and retailers objectives
- Plan and execute shopper marketing programs across in-store, digital, and retailer platforms
- Create and oversee project timelines and approvals to ensure flawless execution
- coordinate timelines, creative assets, and approvals with internal teams and external vendors
- Develop project & creative briefs and gain alignment through internal team
- Work with Creative Director to develop and manage creative assets
- Includes working with Brand Team and Sales to traffic creative and editing process
- Manage sampling, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility
- Ensure all executions adhere to retailer requirements and brand guidelines
- Handle logistics, vendor coordination, and event follow-up reporting
