What You'll Be Doing:
- Building Client Relationships: Develop meaningful connections with clients, understanding their financial goals and concerns.
- Financial Strategy Development: Analyze client information to create customized financial plans utilizing appropriate strategies, products, and services.
- Plan Management: Continuously monitor and adjust client financial plans to ensure alignment with their evolving goals over time.

- Comprehensive Training: Benefit from our team's mentorship and a structured 90-day "Career Launch" program, followed by ongoing training and development throughout your first five years and beyond.
- Professional Growth: Participate in weekly and monthly team trainings, role-playing exercises, and activity management coaching to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Financial Support: We will pay for your study materials and licensing costs for your Life and Health Insurance Licensing, SIE, Series 66, and Series 7 exams.
