Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled
Product Designer to join our team. As the Product Designer, you will be responsible for translating the needs of our customers into product design features. Your responsibilities will include defining product features and specifications, creating mockups, and designing fully functional products. The ideal candidate is creative and able to think outside the box while also being able to translate requirements into practical features. Your goal is to create a visually appealing and easy-to-use product.
Responsibilities
- Analyze consumer preferences and market research to identify new product opportunities
- Use briefs from internal and external partners to create design requirements
- Use computer-aided design software to create drafts and 3D modeling software to design products
- Create and iterate on prototype design and functionality
- Collect product feedback
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Manufacturing Design Engineering or similar field
- Previous experience as a Product Designer or similar role
- Experience in industrial design
- Creative eye
- Proficient with computer-aided design (CAD) tools and 3D modeling software
- Proficient with design software such as Adobe Illustrator
- Understanding of best practices in design principles
