Overview
The Creative Designer, GTM will partner with senior creatives to conceptualize and implement seasonal campaigns across the crocs mainline product portfolio. This role will interact with global teams and will conceptualize new and innovative ways to combine marketing strategies and channel goals into visual stories to elevate the overall creative process. This individual is responsible for the development of campaign guidelines and creative execution supporting all crocs omnichannel marketing including email, website, app, paid social, display, retail and wholesale assets.
This is an exciting, fast paced, and constantly evolving role. These are some of our most highly anticipated, buzz-worthy, and impactful campaigns, so humility, teamwork, and outstanding effort are necessary. This position will report to the Sr. Designer, GTM. This work is highly conceptual in nature and demands an understanding of nuances between various products, consumers, brands, and cultural trends at a highly developed level.
What You'll Do - Translate the campaign creative briefs into innovative approaches to convey brand, product, or promotional stories through high-level critical thinking.
- Comfortable concept video ideas for various channels from CTV to Paid Social.
- An ability to assist with art direction and come up with creative solutions for video and photo.
- Create innovative visual design across all customer touchpoints, consistent with brand standards.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure that designs are consistent across campaigns.
- Design visual systems that conform to channel layout standards.
- Design and build responsive site assets and other digital-friendly layouts.
- Design and build retail assets, understanding and implementing print guidelines.
- Designing with accessibility and usability in mind.
- Build reusable asset libraries including but not limited to the development of design systems, including typography, color palette, graphic elements, grid systems and motion behaviors.
- Work on multiple concurrent projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Successfully present creative work to internal and external partners.
- Ability to express creative strategic POV in a collaborative and professional manner.
- Ability to professionally give and receive feedback.

What You'll Bring to the Table
- A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or similar degree (i.e., Advertising Design or Communications Design.)
- At least 2+ years of related experience in advertising design.
- Experience working at an advertising agency is a bonus.
- Experience with Global brands.
- Experience developing and implementing brand style guides.
- Demonstrate an adept skill level with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with digital design.
- Experience with print design.
- Experience with video and animation design is a bonus.
- Experience with on-set photo and/or video production is a bonus.
- Portfolio must demonstrate ability to marry creative concepts to design.

Salary or Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
