Reports to: Senior Director, DEI, CSR & Internal Communications
Job Purpose
The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization’s short and long-term objectives through day to day administrative and long-term project work. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results and present a project to our Executive Leadership Team. The Employee Experience Trainee will support the enhancement of workplace culture and employee experience through various initiatives and projects aimed at improving overall employee satisfaction and productivity.
Job responsibilities
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility
- DEI Support: Contribute to DEI efforts by performing data analysis, creating presentations, coordinating trainings, managing communications, and organizing events.
- CSR Support: Assist in managing the Dior Day for Good platform, Women@Dior program, and other giveback efforts through communications and coordinating logistics.
- Committee/Taskforce Support: Provide administrative and logistical assistance to various committees such as DEI, Dream in Green, and the Workplace Experience Taskforce to foster collaboration and engagement.
- Employee Experience: Facilitate positive employee experiences through onboarding support, recognition programs, and event coordination including towns halls, holiday gifting, etc.
- Internal Communications: Assist with the development of internal HR communications and managing inboxes.
- Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives by assisting with content logistics, talent coordination, and next-generation events.
- General: Develop presentations, edit and update documents, disperse communication guidelines, and manage budgets.

Skills And Competencies
- Full-time, 8 Month Program
- Must be available M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from home
- At least 6 months of prior relevant experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly complex work environment
- Takes initiative and works to resolve issues through communication, flexibility & collaboration with partnering teams
- Must be highly organized, diligent, and attentive to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour, plus potential eligibility to participate in the Company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
