FULL TIME HELP WANTED IN THE GRAPHIC DESIGN DEPARTMENT AT MIDTOWN COMICS WAREHOUSE IN NEW HYDE PARK, LONG ISLAND!
We are seeking a Graphic Designer that can create visual concepts, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. She/he develops the overall layout and production design for advertisements, newsletters, signs, and corporate reports.
Job Duties:
- Create graphics that clearly convey the message and company aesthetic
- Present designs to team leader and incorporate any recommended changes
- Review all designs for errors before printing or publishing them
- Work with team leader on larger ongoing products and provide creative input on improvement
The candidate must have 1-2 years of Graphic Design experience and ability to work well with others.
Skills:
HTML, CSS, Graphic Design, Adobe CS6, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Acrobat, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, PC, Microsoft Office, Custom UI a plus.
Scheduled hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.75 per hour
