As the Entry Level Manager, you are tasked with representing one of our premier clients, Frontier Communications. You will assist in the execution, planning and management of sales solutions that drive Frontier’s revenue, increase customer acquisition, and improve the overall sales experience.
What Will I Be Doing as an Entry Level Manager?
- Represent Frontier Communications with professionalism while promoting its products and services directly to customers.
- Assist in planning and executing sales strategies that drive new customer acquisition and increase market share.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through dedicated account management and personalized customer support.
- Participate in hands-on training to learn the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing and retention.
- Support the coordination of experiential sales solutions, community campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Analyzing customers needs to recommend tailored solutions that improve satisfaction and strengthen loyalty.
- Track sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to help refine future strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and client expectations.
- Take on progressive leadership responsibilities, with the goal of mentoring new team members and managing projects as you advance.
What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as an Entry Level Manager?
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or public-facing roles with leadership ambition.
- Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.; comfortable using tablets and CRM systems for enrollment and data tracking.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills; able to clearly present Lifeline program benefits and drive enrollments.
- Natural leadership presence with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and team development.
- Competitive mindset with a consistent drive to exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Thrives in fast-paced outreach environments; maintains professionalism in diverse customer interactions.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
