Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Master Planned Community Development to oversee large-scale residential and mixed-use projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in horizontal land development, infrastructure coordination, and stakeholder management—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of master planned community projects, including due diligence, design, permitting, budgeting, and construction.
- Oversee and coordinate consultants, contractors, utility providers, and government agencies to ensure alignment with project goals and schedules.
- Manage entitlement and permitting processes, including land use approvals, zoning compliance, and coordination with local municipalities.
- Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, cash flow reports, and schedules to ensure fiscal accountability.
- Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and planners to design community layouts, amenities, and infrastructure systems.
- Conduct site inspections and progress reviews to ensure quality standards and safety compliance are maintained.
- Manage communication with investors, ownership groups, and internal stakeholders, providing regular project updates and reporting metrics.
- Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle, developing proactive solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Support marketing and sales teams with technical insights and community development updates during pre-sales and delivery phases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in land development or master planned community project management.
- Proven record of successfully delivering large-scale residential, mixed-use, or resort-style communities.
- Strong knowledge of site development, utilities, grading, drainage, and infrastructure construction.
- Experience working with local municipalities, permitting agencies, and engineering consultants.
- Excellent communication, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and/or Procore preferred.
- Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.

Pay: $77,551.72 - $93,395.62 per year
