Marketing Technology, Paid Media & AI Strategy Specialist
Hybrid (4 Days In-Office / 1 Day Remote) | Orlando, FL | Full-Time
Bodenvy is a fast-growing aesthetics and wellness brand with corporate and franchise locations nationwide. We scale aggressively and protect performance obsessively. This role is the technical and strategic backbone of our marketing and sales engine.
This is not a design role.
This is not a theory-only role.
This is a hands-on operator role for someone who can set strategy, execute it, and fix what breaks.
Work Structure
- 4 days per week in-office (Orlando, FL)
- 1 remote workday per week

Compensation
$80,000–$105,000 annually, based on experience, execution capability, and strategic ownership.
What You Will OwnPaid Media Strategy & Execution
- Own paid media strategy across Google Ads and Meta
- Define campaign structure, budgets, guardrails, and scaling logic
- Diagnose CPL, CPA, CPM, and conversion-rate issues
- Determine whether performance problems are:
- Creative
- Audience
- Offer
- Technical
- Own outcomes, not just setup
Tracking, Attribution & Data Integrity
- UTMs, pixels, events, and conversion tracking
- Google Ads & Meta tracking integrity
- GA4 sanity checks, debugging, and validation
- Offline conversions and CRM → ad platform connections
- Protect attribution accuracy as spend and volume scale
SEO Strategy & Execution
- SEO is a pillar, not the sole focus
- Define SEO priorities for corporate and franchise locations:
- Technical SEO
- On-page optimization
- Internal linking
- Local SEO & schema
- Balance SEO effort with paid media velocity and ROI
- Use AI-assisted SEO tools where appropriate
AI Platform Implementation & Support (Execution-Focused)
Support the technical implementation, configuration, and optimization of AI-driven marketing and sales platforms (e.g., Sales Ape, audio AI agents). Responsibilities include CRM integration, event tracking, data validation, QA, prompt configuration, and ongoing optimization based on performance data. This role does not own sales methodology or messaging, but ensures AI systems function correctly, scale safely, and do not break attribution, routing, or revenue reporting.
HubSpot CMS & Marketing Operations
- HubSpot CMS page builds, edits, and fixes
- Forms, workflows, and CRM hygiene
- Diagnose and resolve broken routing, tracking, or form issues
- Franchise-level consistency, QA, and rollout support
Automation & Growth Systems
- Rule-based automation (budget guardrails, scaling logic)
- Workflow and logic design tied to paid media and AI systems
- API / webhook coordination when needed
Business Alignment
- Every decision ties back to ROAS, scale, speed, and reliability
- Revenue protection through clean execution
- Supporting franchise growth without breaking systems

Requirements
- 5+ years in paid media, marketing technology, growth operations, or marketing operations
- Proven ownership of paid media strategy and execution
- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience as part of a broader growth role (SEO is a pillar, not the sole focus)
- Strong experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- HubSpot CMS experience
- Conversion tracking & attribution experience
- Experience implementing or optimizing automation and/or AI-driven platforms
- Comfortable configuring and refining AI prompts and logic based on defined goals
- Able to work 4 days per week in-office in Orlando, FL
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
