Description
The Marketing Coordinator supports Correct Craft and its subsidiary companies by executing and coordinating marketing communications, brand assets, and performance reporting across the enterprise. This role provides hands-on support in graphic design, website content, social media oversight, and press release development, while ensuring consistent brand execution, accurate reporting, and timely communications. The Marketing Coordinator partners closely with internal stakeholders and operating company teams to improve marketing effectiveness, strengthen brand alignment, and support growth initiatives.
The expected travel commitment for this role is 10% depending on business needs, including support for events, dealer meetings, trade shows, and on-site content capture.
Key Responsibilities
- Post and manage press releases for Correct Craft and subsidiary brands (website and distribution support).
- Oversee social media posting and maintain brand consistency across channels.
- Write and edit marketing copy (web, press releases, blogs, brochures, editorials, awards, and other communications).
- Coordinate media requests and provide assets on deadline.
- Maintain the enterprise event calendar, contact lists, and shared reference documents.
- Share relevant industry trends and marketing recommendations with operating companies.
- Keep the Correct Craft website content and photos current; coordinate periodic website reviews and updates with the external firm.
- Maintain brand assets (logos, files) and update Correct Craft brand guidelines as needed.
- Support trade shows and events
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations and templates aligned with brand standards.
- Plan and coordinate photo/video shoots from pre-production through delivery.
- Support dealer meetings (materials, logistics, signage, gifts, and on-site execution).
- Conduct research as needed (naming, competitive, and whitespace).
- Perform social media audits and develop social media plans.
- Support email marketing campaigns (content, design, and performance tracking).
- Manage promotional items and gifting with brand compliance.
- Compile Industry data and create executive-friendly summaries (including earnings call summaries when needed).
- Develop video scripts and storyboard concepts.
- Provide general communications and on-site support for company initiatives and time-sensitive needs.
Requirements
Required Skills & Abilities
- Strong graphic design capability with demonstrated proficiency creating production-ready assets for print and digital channels.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and presentation tools such as PowerPoint.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and format for different audiences and brands.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and best practices, including content scheduling, engagement tracking, and performance reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strong brand discipline, including file management and asset version control.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and operating companies, including influencing outcomes without direct authority.
- Professional judgment, initiative, and ability to operate with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Business Admin or a related field.
- Experience in marketing coordination, graphic design, content creation, website support, or multi-channel communications preferred.
- Experience supporting multiple brands or business units in a shared-services or multi-company environment preferred.
