POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager supports the strategic vision of Earl Enterprises by managing day to day marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This role oversees campaign execution, creative development, guest facing communications and cross functional coordination with operations, culinary and digital teams. The Marketing Manager partners closely with leadership to manage campaigns, review creative, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end to end campaign development across digital, social, email and in restaurant channels
- Prepare creative briefs, review content and ensure all assets meet brand standards
- Support seasonal, promotional and product launch planning
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on timelines, deliverables and feedback cycles
- Track campaign performance and report insights with actionable next steps
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure all teams remain aligned
- Assist with influencer outreach, content approvals and social media planning
- Support local store marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts
- Oversee menu updates, signage requests and operational communications
- Manage project flow, meeting notes and deadlines to keep initiatives on track
What We’re Looking For
- BA / BS degree - B.A. or Masters in Marketing degree is preferred
- Three to five years experience in marketing, ideally within restaurants, hospitality, or multi-unit brands
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly in a deadline driven environment
- Strong writing, communication, and creative thinking skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to workload and deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and offer solutions
