Responsibilities
- Generate leads and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
- Maintain high closing percentage & healthy pipeline
- Utilize tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain customer relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, electric company changes, and advancements in solar technology
- Collaborate/Communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless installation and service delivery for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong lead generation & closing skills with a track record of successful installs.
- Familiarity with technology used in our industry, including CRM & solar design software (Solo, Aurora, SolarEdge) etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
