As a Customer Associate, you will lead AT&T’s mobile platform revenue generation through strategic prospect engagement and solution-based selling. Your role demands mastery of the full sales cycle, utilizing professional communication platforms to convert qualified leads into long-term client partnerships that drive sustainable business growth and market expansion.
Responsibilities of the Customer Associate
 - Launch outbound campaigns to introduce AT&T mobile, fiber, and bundled solutions to targeted business clients.
 
 - Conduct structured discovery to assess client needs and align mobile offerings with operational goals.
 
 - Deliver tailored proposals, negotiate service terms, and guide prospects through the full digital sales cycle to confident activation.
 
 - Maintain accurate CRM documentation of pipeline activity, client engagement, and deal progression to support campaign visibility.
 
 - Partner with sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding, rapid issue resolution, and sustained client satisfaction across mobile services.
 
 - Track sales performance and proactively follow up to drive renewals, upsells, and long-term retention within assigned territories.
 
Minimum Qualifications of the Customer Associate
 - High school diploma or GED required; business, marketing, or communications background preferred.
 
 - Experience in sales, lead generation, or client acquisition—ideally in telecom or performance-based B2B environments.
 
 - Proven ability to manage pipelines, meet quotas, and execute structured outreach across mobile service tiers.
 
 - Strong communicator with a persuasive style and a strategic, client-first mindset.
 
 - Comfortable using CRM platforms and maintaining accurate campaign documentation.
 
 - Self-driven and collaborative—able to work independently while aligning with Customer Associate sales goals.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $56,500.00 per year
