Overview
We’re looking for an Operations & Systems Coordinator to work closely with the COO across all areas of operations, systems, and process improvement. This is a hands-on role for someone resourceful, organized, and technically strong — a go-to problem solver who can move between tasks, figure things out independently, and see projects through from start to finish. You’ll support a wide range of company functions, including system integrations, building reports, implementing workflows, and resolving day-to-day challenges.
Key Responsibilities
System & Technical Management
- Maintain data accuracy and functionality in Sellercloud and connected platforms
- Troubleshoot integration or system issues
- Support setup of new integrations and automations
Operational Execution
- Work with the COO to map, implement, and test new processes
- Follow up on projects, verify completion, and document workflows
- Take ownership of recurring operational and technical tasks
Reporting & Data
- Build and maintain reports for key operational metrics
- Pull and organize data for analysis and decision-making
Cross-Department Support
- Serve as the point of contact for operational and system needs
- Manage projects and initiatives that improve daily operations
Qualifications
- Experience with system integrations and operational processes (e-commerce preferred)
- Strong understanding of Sellercloud or similar ERP platforms
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, data organization)
- Technically capable with the ability to troubleshoot system or data issues
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Takes ownership and executes reliably and independently

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
