We're excited to offer an Account Manager Trainee position in Albuquerque, where the Account Manager Trainee gains practical experience with AT&T's complete product lineup while learning to manage accounts and support client success.
As an Account Manager Trainee, you’ll be trained to identify client needs, recommend tailored solutions, and support the full account lifecycle—from onboarding to retention. This role is ideal for individuals who are ready to grow into a leadership position and want to master the fundamentals of account strategy in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager Trainee
 - Learn AT&T’s connectivity tools through guided rotations in sales, client services, and operations to build a strong foundation in telecom account management.
 
 - Assist with client onboarding and service activation, ensuring documentation accuracy and alignment with AT&T campaign protocols.
 
 - Use CRM platforms to manage account activity, monitor service progress, and maintain visibility across wireless, fiber, and bundled solutions.
 
 - Support internal coordination efforts, helping resolve provisioning delays and streamline service delivery for business clients.
 
 - Evaluate client usage data and service feedback to identify upgrade opportunities and support long-term retention strategies.
 
 - Contribute to campaign planning and performance reviews, offering insights that improve outreach, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
 
Minimum Qualifications of the Account Manager Trainee
 - High school diploma or GED required; studies in business, marketing, or communications are a plus for understanding client workflows and service strategy.
 
 - Experience in customer support, sales, or account coordination, especially within telecom or subscription-based industries where service delivery and retention matter.
 
 - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on guiding clients through service decisions and supporting structured outreach goals.
 
 - CRM fluent, able to maintain organized, actionable records that support account tracking, milestone reporting, and campaign visibility.
 
 - Detail-oriented and proactive, capable of managing multiple workflows with consistency and a focus on client satisfaction.
