- Provide daily support for all hospital and clinic software applications, including EHR, practice management, financial, and ancillary systems.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned applications, ensuring functionality aligns with operational and clinical needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and interface issues in coordination with vendors and internal staff.
- Monitor system performance, identify root causes of issues, and recommend improvements.
- Assist with user setup, access management, and system permissions across applications.
- Participate in application upgrades, testing, and validation activities.
- Support end users through training, workflow documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with clinical, financial, and administrative teams to optimize system performance and usability.
- Manage and track application support requests through the IT help desk system; escalate complex issues as needed.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours IT and system support.
- Assist in planning and implementing new application features, integrations, and enhancements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, changes, and user support issues.
- Collaborate with the CIO on technology improvement initiatives and digital transformation efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall IT and hospital operations.
