About the Role:
We’re looking for a Creative Assistant to join our growing digital team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a strong creative eye who’s eager to build skills in digital advertising, media strategy, and agency operations.
You’ll work directly with the Vice President of Digital, Digital Associate, and Graphic Designer, while collaborating across teams. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of client projects in a dynamic agency environment where no two days look the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative assets for digital advertising, social media, and branding.
- Collaborate with the digital team to execute multi-platform strategies.
- Assist in managing client deliverables and timelines.
- Support weekly ad performance reporting and check-ins.
- Support ad buying and media placement operations (training provided).
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure creative meets quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate.
- Interest in communications, public affairs, or strategy is encouraged but not required.
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, programmatic, etc.).
- Basic understanding of media buying or ad operations.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
