As a Social Media Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for leading the management of the brand’s social media presence, developing content strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring digital initiatives align with global business objectives.

- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community growth.
- Create and curate engaging content (copy, image, and video) for multiple platforms.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks to generate insights and innovation.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Support planning and execution of campaigns, influencer partnerships, and collaborations.
- Oversee content calendars and maintain structured processes.
- Recommend and adopt new tools, formats, and practices to maximize performance.
 
 
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of platforms, trends, and analytics/management tools.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with graphic design or photo/video editing is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Highly organized, creative, and passionate about fashion trends and consumer behavior.
 
 
Salary $70,000-$75,000
