🚀 What You’ll Do- Plan, create, and execute engaging social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Reimagine and repurpose existing videos and photos into new, high-performing content
- Schedule and post content across client accounts, ensuring consistent activity and alignment with each brand’s strategy
- Design on-brand graphics, animations, and marketing assets for digital campaigns
- Stay current with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas, execute campaigns, and deliver exceptional work for our clients
- Take direction well while bringing your own spark, creativity, and enthusiasm to every project
- Contribute to strategy sessions and help shape the voice and visual identity of our clients
🎨 What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.), and other design tools
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content scheduling tools (like Meta Business Suite, Later, or Planoly)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- A team-first mindset — you collaborate easily, take feedback well, and bring positive energy to the table
- A genuine passion for creativity, storytelling, and producing content that gets results
🗓 Work Setup
- Hybrid position — primarily remote, with a few in-person meetings each week in Fairfield County, CT
