Marketing Coordinator, Premia Spine
Role Overview
As a Marketing Coordinator at Premia Spine, you play a pivotal role in executing our sales and marketing initiatives. You collaborate across functions (i.e., leadership, hospital sales, digital sales, operations, clinical, reimbursement, and regulatory) to enhance the effective of our sales and marketing efforts. You analyze our programs and seek ways to improvement them and/or create new initiative to support the growth of Premia Spine. Your ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively is key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Digital and traditional marketing activities: Manage and update social media accounts, email campaigns and webinars. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and field events. Support the planning and execute the logistics of marketing events, trade shows, community outreach programs, and promotional activities.
- Content creation: Initiate and coordinate content creation. Manage written copy, including brochures, articles, and content on websites and social media.
- Project management: Maintain and track project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify patient needs and trends. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing activities.
- Liaison and collaboration: Work with various departments, including sales, operations, clinical, reimbursement, and leadership, to ensure marketing efforts align with organizational objectives and goals. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Administrative support: Handle day-to-day tasks such as ordering supplies and responding to external and internal administrative requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related role, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with graphic design tools
- Ability to work with CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude towards learning/growth.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Compensation and Location
- Annual compensation: $75,000 plus annual performance bonus. Eligible for stock options

- This role is a full-time, in-office position.
