Role: Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator (US Market)
The Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator acts as the operational linchpin between local and HQ teams, executing digital marketing campaigns, managing product content, and optimizing online customer experience. This position requires hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Amazon Seller Central, and Google Analytics, as well as strong project coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Web Operations
- Maintain product content across U.S. web storefronts (e.g., categorization, home banners, seasonal landing pages).
- Manage product descriptions, assets, and catalog updates.
- Own daily and monthly reporting: e-shop sell-out reports, campaign performance, dashboards.
Amazon Management
- Oversee product page creation and content updates (images, copy, descriptions).
- Update seasonal and promotional content in Amazon Seller Central.
- Track and report on monthly Amazon sales performance.
Email Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Localize newsletters for the U.S. (copy, URLs, assets, etc.) in coordination with HQ.
- Activate and schedule customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Execute seasonal marketing campaigns (Valentine’s, Thanksgiving, Holidays, etc.).
- Adapt EU creative assets to the U.S. market; coordinate with designers and copywriters.
- Report post-campaign analytics (open rate, click rate, conversions, etc.).
Advertising & Analytics
- Coordinate with local, HQ, and marketing agency teams on paid ads: launch timing, targeting, product availability.
- Liaise with creative and analytics stakeholders for ad creative and campaign insights.
Insider Loyalty Program
- Coordinate Insider program activations and communications.
- Maintain U.S. activation calendar in sync with Belgium HQ.
- Support forecasting and product coordination for loyalty gifts and boutique activations.
Retail & Local Marketing Coordination
- Support monthly marketing updates for boutique managers.
- Manage physical retail support assets (e.g., window stickers, local flyers).
- Coordinate retail newsletter content and local sampling/sponsorship efforts.
Wholesale & B2B Campaigns
- Launch and localize newsletters for B2B customers in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience
- Strong copywriting and localization skills with the ability to craft and adapt content for U.S. audiences across email campaigns, product pages, and digital marketing materials.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud (or similar CMS/ESP)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across marketing, retail, logistics, and IT
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, seasonal business
Salary $68,000.00 plus a discretionary bonus + Midyear bonus at 14% of annual salary
