Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager with strong digital marketing and event coordination expertise to join our team. This role blends execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns with high-touch event management, supporting our mission to engage and grow relationships with CHROs, CLOs, CEOs, and other senior executives.
The ideal candidate is a mid-level marketer, with strong B2B experience, who thrives in a multi-faceted role—equally comfortable leveraging marketing technology to drive digital campaigns and coordinating exclusive, high-end events for senior leaders.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Communications
● Create blog post content using our CustomGPT platform, aligned with the Berman Leadership voice and tone.
● Upload and format blog content in WordPress.
● Create, schedule, and manage LinkedIn social media posts.
● Draft and send marketing emails.
● Create and distribute monthly newsletter.
● Edit short-form and long-form video content, upload to YouTube, and optimize for engagement.
● Manage and coordinate deliverables with the external web development team.
● Build targeted outreach lists.
● Run automated LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
● Track performance across marketing channels and provide regular reporting.
Event Coordination
● Plan and execute high-end executive dinners, lunches, and breakfasts.
● Secure venues, negotiate with vendors, and manage all event logistics.
● Coordinate with Berman Leadership coaches and facilitators to support program delivery.
● Source, invite, and confirm senior-level attendees (primarily CHROs and C-suite executives).
● Promote events through a mix of personal outreach, phone calls, and marketing campaigns.
● Ensure a seamless, polished experience that reflects the Berman Leadership brand.
● Source and support the organization and coordination of speaking engagements, including workshops, seminars, podcasts, and conference keynotes with target audiences.
Research and Business Development Support
● Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
● Conduct outbound emails and LinkedIn inmails to generate new leads.
● Set up meetings of qualified leads for the partners.
Qualifications & Skills
● 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, event coordination, or related roles.
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
● Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with senior-level audiences.
● Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
● Demonstrates maturity, professionalism and discretion.
● Ability to work independently while collaborating with vendors, coaches, and internal stakeholders.
● Digital savvy: Advanced proficiency in AI tools, digital marketing tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and ability to learn new applications.
● Experience coordinating executive-level events with attention to detail and polish.
● Hands-on expertise with:
○ Content publishing (WordPress, Canva)
○ Email marketing (MailChimp & Zoho)
○ List management (Zoho CRM)
○ Outreach Campaigns (LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CopilotAI)
○ Video editing (YouTube)
● Based in the Tri-State area (CT, NY, NJ) with ability to commute to Stamford or NYC office at least 2 days per week.
● Adaptability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
