Charles Ross & Son Company, a leader in industrial mixing and blending equipment, is seeking a Marketing Administrator to join our team. This role will support our marketing and communications efforts across print, digital, and social media channels.
Responsibilities
- Monitor print publications to ensure correct ad placements.
- Track invoices, billing, and insertion orders for advertising.
- Research and draft press releases, case studies, and marketing content.
- Create and schedule posts for social media platforms.
- Assist with layout and design projects (Photoshop skills are a plus; training available).
- Support the marketing team with general administrative and project coordination tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Photoshop or other design software experience (preferred but not required; training provided).
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
