We are seeking a talented Email Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. Location: United States (Remote)
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
-  Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
-  Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions and concerns
-  Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member for resolution
-  Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
-  Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
 
 
Requirements
-  Excellent written communication skills
-  Strong problem-solving abilities
-  Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
-  Previous experience in customer service or support role preferred
-  Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
 
 
Qualifications

-  1+ years of experience in customer service
