We design, test, and bring products to market quickly using a mix of in-house development and trusted outside manufacturing partners.
About the Role:

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with SolidWorks or Autodesk Fusion 360
- Proven experience creating manufacturing drawings
- Hands-on understanding of prototyping and fabrication
- Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to production
- Interest in the automotive aftermarket industry (required)
- Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills
Bonus Skills

- Prior experience working with outside manufacturers or vendors
Perks:
- Work on-site in a high-energy, creative environment
- Access to our shop for personal projects (after hours)

Design Test (Part of the Interview Process)
Candidates who move forward will be asked to:
- Name three projects they have worked on independently or taken significant ownership of
- Complete a simple design exercise, such as creating a CAD drawing of a basic object (for example: a tape measure or a simple square component)
This is meant to evaluate problem-solving, drawing clarity, and attention to detail—not to trick anyone.
