We’re hiring a Marketing Manager who specializes in Meta/Facebook Ads, high conversion growth strategy, email & SMS marketing, and eCommerce optimization. This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing, funnels, scaling revenue, and turning ad spend into measurable growth. We’re looking for a growth driver who can scale conversions, improve ROAS, and own marketing performance — while helping build systems, automation, and future team structure.
What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and scale Meta/Facebook ad campaigns focused on conversions and ROAS
- Optimize ad creatives, targeting, funnels, and retargeting to maximize revenue
- Manage email and SMS campaigns in Omnisend (broadcasts, automation workflows, segmentation, retention)
- Improve product listings and product pages to increase conversion rate and customer clarity
- Grow subscriber lists, acquisition funnels, and retention systems
- Track performance metrics and continuously test, iterate, and scale winning campaigns
- Increase AOV, conversion rate, LTV, and overall marketing efficiency
- Collaborate closely with media, graphic design, warehouse, and production teams to produce high-performing ad assets
- Integrate AI tools and marketing automations to improve efficiency, scaling, reporting, and performance
- Own reporting, insights, dashboards, and data-driven growth strategy
- Help structure, build, and scale the marketing team as the department grows (long-term leadership goal)
- Plan, execute, and manage projects while meeting deadlines and coordinating cross-team workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience running Meta/Facebook ads with strong conversion results
- Strong understanding of eCommerce growth, CRO, funnels, and performance marketing
- Experience with Omnisend (or similar email/SMS platforms)
- Experience optimizing product pages and listings for conversions
- Strong copywriting ability and creative performance insight
- Analytical, results-focused, and growth-minded
- Comfortable testing, scaling, and optimizing campaigns in real time
- Experience improving ROAS, AOV, LTV, and funnel performance
- Experience implementing AI tools, automations, and workflow optimization
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Ability to plan, execute, prioritize, meet deadlines, and work closely with media and graphic team
- Experience in team building, hiring, mentoring, and scaling a marketing department
What Success Looks Like in This RoleIn the First 30–60 Days
- Meta ad campaigns are optimized, structured, and actively testing creatives and audiences
- Clear reporting dashboards are built for ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and revenue
- Email & SMS campaigns are organized, segmented, automated, and driving measurable engagement
- Product listings are optimized for clarity, storytelling, and conversion performance
- AI and automation opportunities are identified and begin improving workflow efficiency
Within 3–6 Months
- ROAS improves and ad spend is scaling profitably
- Conversion rate increases across product pages and funnels
- Subscriber growth accelerates and email/SMS revenue increases
- AOV and customer retention show measurable improvement
- Consistent high-performing Meta ad campaigns are running and scaling
- Marketing workflows, automations, and systems are more efficient and scalable
- Foundation is laid to expand and structure the marketing team
