We are growing and looking for an energetic, outgoing Showroom & Event Marketing Representative to represent our flooring, bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, and home improvement services inside our Gilbert showroom and at select home shows and community events.
This is a front-line marketing role focused on generating high-quality in-home design appointments and helping fuel our sales pipeline. You are the first impression of our brand — and a key driver of company growth.

What You’ll Do
Proactively greet and engage shoppers in the showroom

Represent our brand at home shows and promotional events Introduce flooring, bath, kitchen, and remodeling solutions Ask qualifying questions to identify real project opportunities Schedule in-home consultations for our design team Confirm appointments and ensure accurate lead information Track activity and appointment performance
