Our design firm has an immediate opening for an experienced Window Covering & Shade Expert in our Interior Design division. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic individual with a strong interest and aptitude in shades and window coverings to lead a cross-concept initiative in supporting this product group.
This role will include working directly with clients as well as working with sales staff from across multiple divisions all located in Arizona.

We provide comprehensive training to new employees in order to familiarize them with our approach and product lines.
Compensation will vary depending upon experience. All full-time employees are eligible for paid vacation and healthcare coverage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service in showroom focused primarily on window covering and shades
- Work with customers to fully understand needs and preferences
- Provide leadership and product support to sales team including educating them and assisting them in the sales process.
- Conduct in-home interior design consultations and measurements as needed.
- Generate sales as a result of in-store and in-home consultations including self-generated sales as well as leads generated by other team members.
- Coordinate the purchasing and installation of window shades and coverings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of window coverings and roller shades is required
- Experience with Hunter Douglas is strongly preferred
- A background in interior design is preferred by not required
- A passion for working with people to create cutting edge designs
- Excellent client management skills
- Ability to work weekend days
- Professional verbal and written skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
