Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who enjoys a balanced marketing role — from designing collateral and supporting events, to helping execute campaigns and producing short-form video content. You’ll have variety in your work and a clear connection to business outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who takes direction and runs with it, brings fresh ideas to the table, and thrives in an ownership-driven environment where initiative is valued and celebrated.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Collateral Creation
- Design and update product brochures, case studies, sales one-sheets, digital ads, and email newsletters
- Build and refine presentations for tradeshows, webinars, and customer engagements
- Produce and edit short videos for product highlights, customer stories, and events
Campaign & Sales Enablement
- Support development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Assist lead generation initiatives including list-building, outreach, and follow-up
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure accurate and up-to-date tools and materials
Brand & Web Support
- Maintain brand and message consistency across marketing assets
- Make light website updates as needed (content refreshes, event additions, product enhancements)
- Assist improvements to customer engagement and conversion paths
Event & Tradeshow Support
- Coordinate marketing deliverables and promotional materials for industry events
- Assist in planning and onsite presence at key tradeshows and conferences
Analytics & Optimization
- Track campaign and content performance metrics
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve future outcomes
Ideal Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of marketing experience (preferably B2B or technology-focused)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Express)
- Able to take direction and run with it — strong initiative and follow-through
- Thrives in an ownership-driven environment and learns new tools quickly
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally (~10%)
