Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and organized Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to manage digital content and support marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This role blends creative execution with project coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on content creation.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
- Tailor messaging and tone to match each brand’s unique voice and audience
- Design basic graphics using Canva or similar tools to support social media and email campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Assist with email marketing and website content updates using platforms like Mailchimp and WordPress
- Monitor engagement metrics and contribute ideas to improve performance across channels
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices
- Maintain and manage content calendars across multiple brands
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals for marketing projects
- Track progress and ensure deadlines are met for campaigns and content initiatives
What You Bring:
- An associates degree and/or relevant experience.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brand voices and content calendars.
- Experience using Canva or willingness to learn quickly.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and task coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Exposure to website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
- Interest or experience in brand management.
- Video creation and editing
- Familiarity with project management tools
