Company Description
We’re pioneering a new category called Proactive Intelligence — the first AI platform that autonomously explores enterprise data to surface revenue, risk, and data-quality signals before anyone asks a question.
Our patent-pending, agentic AI runs securely inside enterprise environments (VPC/on-prem), combining reasoning, domain expertise, and predictive correlation to deliver insights proactively — without dashboards, prompts, or analysts.
With customers across the U.S. and U.K. and $2M ARR projected by year-end, we’re building the AI that can be implemented and realize ROI in the first 30 days.
Role Description
As Chief of Staff, you’ll operate as the CEO’s strategic right hand and execution partner—driving the rhythm, focus, and operational maturity of the company as we create a new category of executive intelligence.
This role combines strategy, operations, GTM alignment, and founder leverage. You’ll translate vision into execution, ensure accountability across the leadership stack, and help build the connective tissue between Product, GTM, and Finance.
You’ll be joining at a formative stage—working directly with the founding team to build our category, scale our early customers, and prepare for the next funding milestone.
What You'll Do
Strategic Operations
- Partner with the CEO to define OKRs, company cadence, and execution dashboards (ironically, the only ones we still use).
- Drive cross-functional priorities spanning product readiness, GTM execution, and investor strategy.
- Manage special projects—often undefined, always high-impact.
Founder Leverage
- Own internal communication, decision logs, and meeting architecture—ensuring the CEO’s time drives outcomes, not updates.
- Coordinate board prep, investor materials, and quarterly business reviews.
- Act as an “integrator” across functions, spotting misalignments early and resolving them quickly.
GTM Enablement
- Partner with CEO/CTO on pilot tracking, customer success metrics, and expansion playbooks.
- Support pricing strategy, pitch refinement, and sales enablement materials.
- Synthesize pilot learnings into investor and customer-facing narratives.
Finance & Operations
- Oversee key financial workflows (burn tracking, cash flow, contract review, and renewals).
- Build early infrastructure across legal, compliance, and vendor management.
- Prepare operational materials for fundraising and diligence.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- 2+ years of experience in a mix of startup operations, consulting, or Chief of Staff roles, ideally in SaaS, AI, or analytics.
- Deep comfort with ambiguity—you bring structure where there isn’t any.
- Exceptional communicator; can distill complex ideas into crisp, actionable insights.
- Bias for speed and clarity; you measure success by how much you unblock others.
- Comfortable working founder-side: from pitch decks to financial models to product demos.
- Strong business judgment—able to move seamlessly from strategy to spreadsheets.
