Role Overview
As a Strategic Operations Professional, you will design and implement scalable processes that drive operational excellence. You will work directly with senior operators to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and run high-impact experiments that improve outcomes across the business. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role, partnering closely with product, engineering, and growth teams to turn insights into actionable systems and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale Operations: Identify bottlenecks across onboarding, workflows, and retention, and design systems that enable high performance.
- Advise Senior Operators: Provide insights and recommendations on growth strategy, operational efficiency, and process optimization.
- Run Experiments: Test programs, workflows, and automation to improve efficiency, revenue, and overall performance.
- Bridge Ops & Product: Translate operational insights into tools, internal systems, and product improvements.
- Execute with Impact: Operate at both strategic and tactical levels, delivering solutions that generate measurable results.

Seniority / Experience
- 4–8 years of professional experience in GTM, Operations, or Strategy roles at:
- Early-stage startups (Series A → pre-IPO)
- Investment banking, management consulting, or venture capital with a strong interest in growth and operations
Hard Skills / Work Experience
- Customer-facing experience: Able to work directly with clients, partners, or internal stakeholders. Examples: VC associates, GTM or Ops roles at startups, or equivalent high-impact positions in elite organizations.
- Startup experience: Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-moving, high-growth environments (Series A–pre-IPO).
- Elite organization experience: Exposure to high-performing, high-culture environments (top-tier consulting firms, investment firms, or startups with a strong track record of success).
Education
- Top-tier university or equivalent academic excellence (high GPA, honors, or recognized achievements).

Logistics & Compensation
- Employment: Full-time, on-site in San Francisco
- Base Salary: $150k–$250k DoE
