We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who’s eager to grow, loves collaboration, and has a passion for visual storytelling. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys turning ideas into clean, cohesive designs that bring marketing strategies to life.

What You’ll Do
Create Visual Content:
Design social media graphics, email templates, presentation materials, and digital assets that align with each client’s brand.
Collaborate with Content & Strategy Teams:
Partner with our marketing coordinators and strategists to bring campaigns and concepts to life through visuals.
Maintain Brand Consistency:
Ensure all creative work reflects brand guidelines, tone, and messaging for NE PARADIGM and client accounts.
Support Campaign Execution:
Assist with designing monthly content batches and updating visual templates for multiple clients.
Experiment & Learn:
Stay curious about design trends, typography, and layout best practices to continue developing your creative voice.

Who You Are
- A creative problem-solver with an eye for clean, intentional design.
 - Comfortable working in Canva and Wix (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not required).
 - Detail-oriented — you care about spacing, alignment, and visual flow.
 - Collaborative — you enjoy working closely with others to bring a vision to life.
 - Excited to learn and grow in a fast-paced, relationship-driven agency environment.
