Brand Management Analyst - Summer Intern
We are excited to welcome a Summer Intern to join the Brand Management team within our Marketing and Communications Department, reporting to Rianna Smith, Head of Brand for Marsh McLennan. This entry-level role is ideal for a proactive self-starter eager to gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of brand management activities. We're looking for a motivated individual passionate about expanding their skill set and deepening their industry knowledge. This opportunity is especially thrilling as Marsh McLennan embarks on an exciting journey to simplify its name to Marsh, and bring our businesses together under a new, expanded Marsh brand.
Responsibilities:
• Support the firm's new brand strategy by conducting market research, assisting in brand positioning, and helping develop brand guidelines and collateral.
• Assist with elevating the Colleague Value Proposition through brand awareness efforts, including writing career blogs, creating social media content, and managing related projects.
• Support social media campaigns by gathering content, coordinating projects, editing copy, and collaborating across teams; identify new media trends and opportunities to extend content reach.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Assist in event planning and execution related to brand initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare summary reports to inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
• Interest in developing an understanding of Marketing & Communications within a corporate setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with content creation or graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $40,500 to $81,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
