About the Role:
InSync is seeking a Facilities Contract Operations Coordinator to support our Facilities Management Contracts Team. This hybrid position plays a vital role in managing facility service contracts and ensuring smooth coordination between vendors, internal departments, and our local facility teams. You’ll also provide occasional backup support for our call center operations, helping us maintain efficient and responsive facility services across locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
- Manage the full contract lifecycle for facilities services and preventative maintenance.
- Draft, execute, and track vendor contracts, renewals, and change orders.
- Collaborate with vendors and affiliate sites to resolve discrepancies or compliance issues.
- Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation of vendor agreements.
- Monitor contract timelines and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.
Communication & Call Center Support (As Needed):
- Respond to service requests via phone or email.
- Route calls or service tickets to the correct facility team.
- Act as a liaison between vendors, facility teams, and internal departments.
- Follow up on outstanding service issues and ensure resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Facilities Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration, vendor coordination, or facilities support.
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Details:
- This is a hybrid role with remote work supported, but weekly onsite visits in Sacramento are required.
- Ideal candidates are based in the greater Sacramento area and thrive in dynamic, deadline-driven environments.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
