Job Description:
CCGroup is seeking a dynamic and detail oriented individual who is comfortable and savvy with analytics and technology and knowledgeable about the US healthcare delivery system. This individual must have an absolute commitment to customer service and be able to effectively guide clients in the strategic use of CCGroup’s products and services. Successful candidates will have excellent written and oral communication skills, be computer savvy, love problem-solving and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
CCGroup works on a hybrid schedule. The Operations team (which includes Customer Success) works Tuesdays and Wednesdays in-office with remote work the rest of the week. Internal meetings are intentionally scheduled on these days to support collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients in strategic use of CCGroup products and develop short and long-term client retention strategies for each client.
- Onboard new clients and guide them through product setup, training, and initial usage to ensure successful implementation.
- Assist clients with analytic goal setting, data validation, and interpretation of outputs and reports from large claims-based data files.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess progress, gather feedback, and discuss future goals.
- Lead clients training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to enhance product knowledge and usage.
- Create and deliver customised reports, presentations, and performance insights to demonstrate the impact of our solutions.
- Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, such as product development, sales, and support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree (biological sciences, business or healthcare related field, or computer sciences preferred).
- 3 -5 years of experience with customer success, account management, healthcare analysis, process improvement, or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong presentation skills at all levels of client organization.
- Strong analytical skills / problem solving abilities.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with other analytic tools.
- Good health care background, particularly in biological sciences or health services research.
- Highly-motivated self-starter with ability to multi-task.
Desired:
- Experience in US healthcare operations with experience in one or more of the following: quality or process improvement, account management, provider management, project management or data analysis
- Expertise in data analysis
- Strong analytic skills
- Strong understanding of software and/or SaaS implementation process
