Pathways is a fast-growing climate tech startup helping construction materials manufacturers decarbonize the built environment. Our platform makes it easier for manufacturers to collect, report, and act on environmental data.
We’ve landed industry-leading customers and we’re scaling fast. Now we’re hiring our first Customer Success Manager for our fastest growing customer segment–Ready Mix Concrete–to own customer partnerships, drive delivery, and help shape how Customer Success operates as we grow.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment. You’ll manage customers, coordinate projects, and build systems that help define what great looks like.

What you’ll do:
- Own post-sale success and project management for Ready Mix Concrete customers, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
- Manage multiple projects at once, tracking milestones, coordinating across teams, and keeping delivery on track
- Build and execute success plans aligned with customer goals and Pathways’ product capabilities
- Develop a strong understanding of Pathways’ product and data requirements to effectively guide customers and collaborate with internal teams during onboarding and delivery
- Partner with Product, Data Ops, and Engineering to surface feedback and help shape roadmap priorities
- Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen engagement and expand how customers use Pathways
- Troubleshoot blockers, coordinate internal support, and ensure fast resolution
- Track customer health, usage, and adoption metrics to identify risks and opportunities
- Understand each customer’s goals and business, and connect how Pathways can help accomplish them

- 2-4 years of experience in either Customer Success or Project Management
- Strong project management skills. You keep complex work streams organized and moving

- Technically adept. You can grasp and communicate technical ideas without needing to be the expert
- Proven cross-functional collaborator. You thrive working across technical and commercial teams

- Comfortable with AI tools. You use AI in daily workflows to stay organized, efficient, and proactive
