Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager in Miami Beach. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, conducting market analysis, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to align sales goals. The role also involves attending industry events and representing the company professionally to foster new partnerships. The ideal candidate has a strong background in group and corporate sales, a passion for hospitality, and a proven ability to generate new business while nurturing existing relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Relationship Management in Miami market
- Proven success in group and corporate segments.
- Knowledge in Market Analysis, Revenue Optimization, and Target Setting
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in hospitality or hotel industry sales is a strong advantage
- Proactive mindset with a results-driven approach
- Experience with hotel CRM and sales systems is a plus.
