We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale. In this role, you’ll help streamline systems, elevate analytics, and improve how we serve our financial advisor clients. You’ll work closely with sales and marketing leadership to keep the business running smoothly—from CRM optimization to performance reporting and campaign tracking.

What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track activity, pipeline, growth and promote the use of best practices across the team.
- Manage and optimize our CRM—ensuring clean data, useful automations, and strong adoption.
- Partner with IT/Operations to ensure smooth data syncs between Salesforce CRM, Discovery Data, MARS, Broadridge and marketing systems.
- Support the sales team with Morningstar report creation, competitive analysis and training.
- Help onboard new team members and maintain up-to-date playbooks and materials.
- Coordinate key sales meetings and handle the logistics of marketing campaigns and events.
- Facilitate targeted CRM campaigns from creation to tracking performance, and help ensure compliance to SEC and FINRA rules.
- Collaborate across teams (Finance, Operations, Marketing, Portfolio Management) to align data, forecasting, and insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations or related field.
- Experienced working with Salesforce CRM, data, SQL, and Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience with Discovery Data, Broadridge and MARS is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
