About HNO MANOR:
HNO Manor is a fashion brand inspired by the glam, rebellious, and ultra feminine energy of the early 2000s. Our collections include velour tracksuits, dresses, jewelry, tops, handbags, and more - all designed to bring that bold “Her Next Obsession” vibe back to fashion.
We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who lives and breathes the Y2K era, someone who understands both the creative and technical sides of design. You’ll help bring new collections to life, refine our fit and size guides, and communicate with our manufacturers to ensure every piece feels like true 2000s couture.
Responsibilities:
Design new 2000s inspired collections (tracksuits, dresses, skirts, swimwear, etc.) that blend glam, punk, and luxurious aesthetics.
Create or refine size charts and garment measurements (XXS–5XL) for consistent fit across all pieces.
Develop technical sketches and spec sheets for production - clear enough for manufacturers to follow.
Assist in fabric and material selection (velour, cotton blends, spandex, poly, lace, etc.) to achieve desired stretch and feel.
Collaborate with the Creative Director to match HNO Manor’s brand tone and elevate the aesthetic for 2026.
Coordinate to ensure accurate pattern adjustments, zippers, embroidery, rhinestones, and trims.
Help translate visual design ideas into factory ready references for manufacturing communication.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in fashion design, garment construction, or technical design
- Strong understanding of women’s Y2K silhouettes and luxury streetwear trends
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO3D for sketches
- Knowledge of fabric composition, grading, and fit adjustments
- Creative taste aligned with early 2000s iconic fashion
- Detail-oriented, organized, and obsessed with perfecting design execution
Perks:
Creative freedom — your ideas will shape our future collections
Long-term creative partnership opportunities
Flexible remote work schedule
Involvement in lookbooks, campaigns, and design features
To Apply:
Please include your portfolio or examples of 2000s-inspired designs, sketches, or previous production work - bonus if you’ve worked with velour or tracksuits before. If you do not know about 2000's fashion, please do not apply. If you have not included sketches or a portfolio the application will be automatically denied.
