A Community Manager delivers leadership, guidance, and oversight to ensure that each Association’s property is operated and maintained in alignment with both the Association’s goals and the Company’s standards.
Success in HOA and condominium management requires exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. In addition, a strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations, financial management, and community development is essential for success in this role.
Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 yearly
