Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Acquisition Specialist to join our winning team. This is a rare opportunity to work exclusively with inbound leads — no cold calling required. If you’re a natural closer who thrives on turning conversations into contracts and loves the thrill of the deal, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert warm, inbound leads from multiple marketing channels into signed purchase agreements.
- Build rapport with sellers, understand their motivations, and structure win-win solutions.
- Conduct property evaluations and estimate repair costs to determine fair market value and investment potential.
- Negotiate effectively and close deals that meet company profitability goals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure follow-up with leads through the entire acquisition process.
- Collaborate with the dispositions and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transaction process.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales or real estate acquisitions — closers only.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven with a competitive edge.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
- Basic understanding of real estate investing (ARV, comps, repairs, etc.) is a plus.
- Must be coachable, team-oriented, and hungry to win.

Compensation:
Salary + Commission ---- Top performers regularly earn $150,000+ annually.
