Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site/remote role for a Social Media and Marketing Manager based in Tampa, FL. This role requires work to be done in-person a minimum of 10 hours per week. The role involves overseeing social media channels, developing and implementing content strategies, optimizing online presence, and driving engagement across platforms. Additional responsibilities include executing digital marketing initiatives, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining consistent brand communication. The Social Media and Marketing Manager will play a key role in promoting Skin NV's services and enhancing its online visibility. Must be willing to travel to our Odessa location for content days.
Starting salary is $24,000, this number is negotiable based on experience, willingness to learn, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography to promote brand awareness and engagement.
- Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and increase organic reach.
- Monitor social listening tools to analyze audience sentiment and industry trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Manage social media management tools like Meta Business Suite
- Oversee Facebook/Instagram Advertising campaigns to target specific demographics effectively.
- Engage in relationship management with followers, influencers, media outlets, and partners to foster positive public relations.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand voice before publication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding initiatives, e-commerce promotions, and digital marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social listening tools, Google Analytics, web analytics, and keyword research techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Experience with social media management platforms such as Meta Business Suite
- Skilled in content creation including photography and video editing for diverse digital platforms.
- Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram Advertising campaigns
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in branding consistency.
- Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage relationships professionally across various channels.
- Knowledge of public relations strategies and experience in relationship management is a plus.
